How Contracts are Formed
A binding contract is created once we confirm your booking via email or payment confirmation.

Scope of Services
We offer chauffeured ground transportation with professional drivers and high-end vehicles. If substitutions are necessary, they will be of comparable class.

Pricing & Payment
All quoted prices are all-inclusive (covering VAT, tolls, and standard amenities). Payment methods include cards, bank transfers, or invoicing for corporate accounts.

Cancellations & No‑Shows

• Cancellations 24 hours before service: No fee

• 12–24 hours before: 50% charge

• Less than 12 hours or no-show: 100% charge

Customer Conduct & Liability
You must act responsibly and follow chauffeur instructions at all times. Damage caused by you will be chargeable. Smoking, reckless behavior, or rule violations may result in ride termination or penalties.

Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., severe weather, strikes, traffic incidents).

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
German law applies. Any disputes will be handled in Frankfurt courts. German-language versions of these terms take precedence over translations.

Severability Clause
If any clause is invalidated by legal ruling, the rest of the terms remain in force. Invalid sections will be replaced with lawful and reasonable alternatives.
